1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dr. AI ("the App", "the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, a licensed or authorized healthcare professional, and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Dr. AI is an AI-powered clinic management and productivity tool for healthcare professionals. It provides tools for:

• Patient record management and appointment scheduling.
• AI-assisted clinical note generation and report writing.
• Team collaboration, messaging, and task management.
• Financial tracking and invoice management.
• Telemedicine and remote consultation capabilities.

Dr. AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by a qualified healthcare professional before clinical use.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google API Services

Dr. AI's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google services only for the purposes explicitly authorized by you (such as Google Sign-In, Google Drive document creation, and Google Calendar sync) and use that data only to provide the functionality you have requested.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations.
• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent patient data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the AI features to generate medical advice for public consumption without professional oversight.
• Violate any patient confidentiality laws (HIPAA, GDPR, or local equivalents).

6. Patient Data & HIPAA/GDPR Compliance

You, as a healthcare professional using Dr. AI, are the Data Controller for patient information you input. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering their data.
• Complying with all applicable healthcare data protection laws (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with your professional licensing requirements.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Elite plan).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its UI, branding, and all original content are the exclusive property of Dr. AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of all clinical data and reports you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to medical malpractice claims arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that could harm other users, patients, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
